Hello! I'm sorry we're taking longer than expected in your area. Building brand-new Fiber infrastructure in an area for the first time is time-consuming and work-intensive. It involves coordination with the City, which can cause unforeseen delays in the process. In your area, we are awaiting approval on the necessary permits, and due to the uncertainty of how long that will take, it is difficult to provide an accurate estimate. We hope we can deliver services sooner than May 2025 so I implore you to keep an eye on our Fiber status page. Thank you for your ongoing patience, and we look forward to having you as a customer!

Hello -

The delays on this project related to obtaining permits from the pole owners. That step holds up everything else including engineering and ordering materials, which is why the big gap from May to November.

I spoke with the Construction Manager last week, she informed me that the necessary permits are in hand, which means the November date should be fairly reliable.

I am very sorry this keeps getting held up, and I promise you that we are doing everything we can.

Thank you,
