I have this junk mail that I've tried to unsubscribe from, and that was unsuccessful, so now I want to manually add them to SpamAssassin so they get taken out on the server. Fortunately they always have the same from domain, so that makes it easy, but I just don't know how to do it. Can anyone tell me?

The steps to add addresses to your blocklist will be as follows
1. Navigate to https://members.sonic.net/
2. Sign in using your username and password (same as your email)
3. Using the menus on the left choose the following options: Email>Spam Filtering>Welcomelist/Blocklist>Blocklist Address
4. Once there just use the box at the top of the screen that says "Blocklist From" and add whatever address is spamming you. If you would like to block a whole domain you could use an asterisk as a wile card (For example *@yahoo.com would block all yahoo addresses)
