Hi everyone, hoping to get some info on how to get Sonic service on the street we are moving to shortly. My address is on Acroft Court in Berkeley, off of Acton Street.
When putting the address into the availability tool it tells me that service is unavailable, but homes directly behind and around the corner all have service availability. I suspect the issue is that my street is not a through street, but a cul-de-sac.
Does anyone have insight into how I can see if am are on the expansion timeline and/or how to formally request they add a line down our block? The block is rather short and it seems that the line would only need to be extended a single span – from one pole to the next.
