The newest Sonic Fiber installation today is literally 10 houses down from me on the same street, and it does not appear that I'll get it anytime soon unless you guys install the "horseshoe" thingy on the electric lines near my house. Sadly, it stops at that house.
The fiber status tool continues to show "Planning." Is there anything showing up internally that has the "horseshoe" thingy going further up the hill on Convent Ct.?
I feel like I've run 21.5 miles of a marathon with the finish line just ahead of me, and I can't finish the race. Meanwhile, Xfinity is stealing my money for crappy internet.
