I work from home and have found that my Internet will drop out in the middle of my zoom calls or while I am busy doing other things. I am finding it is dropping more than when I was on AT&T. Has anybody encountered this before? How would I go about troubleshooting? It will sometimes get disconnect me from Wi-Fi entirely and I need to re-select my Wi-Fi name in the drop-down or while on a zoom, I will freeze for 10-15 seconds and then the Internet will pick back up. This is happening at least once a day and is really disruptive.

That sounds more like an issue with the Wi-Fi in your home than an issue with the Internet. Are you using the Sonic-provided router or your own?

Make sure you use a wifi channel in the 5 GHz band, not the 2.4 GHz band as there areally are only 3 useable non overlapping channels in 2.4 GHz band and you may have neighbors on those channels too.
