You can view your historical invoices at members.sonic.net under "Billing & Payments" > "View Bill History" on the right-hand side. The invoices are itemized and go over each charge on the overall bill.
From what I can see, the price has been pretty stable for quite some time, and the only fluctuations in pricing have been due to taxes. However, there was a price increase back in March 2023 from $69.99/mo + taxes/fees to $75.00/mo + taxes/fees.
Unfortunately, we no longer resell AT&T services (which is what you have), and you were grandfathered in as a pre-existing customer, so we're unable to offer upgrades or downgrades for this service type anymore. We are working to expand our Fiber infrastructure as quickly as possible to migrate resold AT&T service customers to our own service/infrastructure. We haven't announced deployment for your neighborhood yet. However, when we do, you'll receive status updates on the development and then be notified when it's ready to upgrade/schedule an installation.
The pricing for our 10gbps Fiber service is a flat $49.99/mo + optional rental router for Internet-Only and $59.99/mo + taxes/fees and optional rental router for Internet + Home Phone. Hopefully, we can announce plans to come to your neighborhood in the near future and get you switched over!
