So the go-live date for my area has been pushed up from December, to January, to March, to April, to May. Is there some way to find out what's been happening? Is there anything that we as (potential, hopeful!) customers can do to help?

And just now it's gone to June 2025....
I'm in 95126 and have had Sonic service since March 20. At least 6 of my neighbors also have service.
I still see them burying fiber along Park Ave, so they might be working towards your area. They started downtown and are working their way out.

We have run into delays caused by permit requests and scheduling underground work to lay the final portions of our Fiber cabling. We are confident that we will meet our new estimate of June but due to circumstances outside of Sonics' control, I would recommend checking back on the Fiber status page periodically. We will contact you as soon as we are ready to schedule installations.
