We want to move our home phone number from Ooma to Sonic. Using the Ooma mobile app, I can easily see a list of my voice mail messages and select which one I want to listen to. For example, I can select the fifth one on the list instead of having to listen to or skip the first four messages. I can also manage voice mail messages from the Ooma app, including deleting and marking the message as unheard.

The Sonic Mobile Communicator app does not have voicemail features. I tried accessing voicemail from the browser on my phone, but the website is not formatted for viewing on a mobile device like an app is and is too small to read.

Please update Sonic Mobile Communicator to provide voicemail retrieval functionality - for both Android and iOS. This feature is sorely missing from your app and makes Sonic less competitive and desirable as a communication platform.

Thank you,
Loyal Sonic Internet customer

As a workaround, you can see your voice mail messages in your email box. If you use webmail or an IMAP mail program, the voice mail messages will show in a separate folder, called Voicemail.
