Don't want voice line, paying fees

It is now 2025, and they are still doing this. If you say anything, you get told things like "Well maybe you should just start using the phone line then," or "We can't tell you exactly what your bill will be because fees are different from location to location," neither of which address the actual problems. No matter where you complain, a Sonic spokesperson will get into the comments and constantly move the goalposts till you give up in frustration. When problematic companies like T-Mobile can have an asterisk with the information that their service either "includes all taxes and fees" or "does not include taxes and fees," then why can't Sonic???

Problem #1: Your customers want the option to NOT have a phone line with their service
Problem #2: Your customers would like to know UP FRONT if the (now) $50/month includes taxes and fees, or doesn't include taxes and fees
Problem #3: If your (now) $50/month DOES NOT include taxes and fees, then it isn't $50/month, and SAYING it's $50/month is misleading

You present yourselves as an alternative to AT&T/Comcast that has integrity, but all this moving of the goalposts and misleading marketing doesn't model integrity, it models dirty practices.
