I believe that router only supports l2tp and pptp which Nord doesn't support. If you want whole home vpn coverage using Nord your best bet is to purchase a different router that has a built in vpn client which supports Nord vpn protocols (openvpn, wg, etc.). Otherwise you will have to use Nord's vpn software client on each device in your network that you want routing through Nord.
That said be aware many sites and streaming services will throw captchas at you or block you entirely when using a vpn service. This is where policy based routing comes in handy so you may want to take that into consideration when looking at router alternatives.
