My internet went down in the outer richmond after hours how do I notify someone with everything closed?

I'm sorry to hear your service went down outside of our support hours of 8 AM to 10 PM PST. I do see that your line is currently down. It would be best to perform some troubleshooting with our support team. I can submit a callback request for you so one of our representatives can reach out or you can call our support team at (855) 394-0100 at 8 AM.
