Fiber in Rosemead CA

Can someone tell us why it is taking long to get out of pre construction in Rosemead CA. If there is anything I can do to help i would like to know

I been waiting since 6/6/23 and still no updates. I contacted the Sonic customer service line, they told me to ask the City hall. I don't think we would be getting it any time soon. I had 4 other people in the area apply and still no updates.
