I apologize that you haven't received a notification email yet. Our system does daily checks to see if the area has gone live yet, and after it sees it's active, it sends an email notification. The last check it did was yesterday before the area was activated, and it hadn't done its daily check yet for today. I went ahead and pushed that through, so you should have received communication emails now.

I inputted the property manager's information you provided into the order, and we'll have someone reach out soon to schedule the site survey with your property managers. We'll keep you in the loop when there are updates to provide and/or when we're ready to schedule the installation.

Kind regards,

@brandonc,

Thank you VERY much, Brandon. :D

I called the Four Seasons Apartments' Management Team, got Jose, (Manager), and told him to expect a call, (soon), from Sonic to set up a Site Survey Appointment for the Four Seasons', Walnut Creek, 'Creekside Drive' Complex. (ZIP Code: 94596)

He said he's very willing to speak with Sonic, AND that he'd run any conversation with Sonic up to his Supervisor. I hope Sonic and Four Seasons Apartments of Walnut Creek can come to an Installation Agreement SOON. (Per Jose, their MAIN concern is 'tearing open walls in individual apartments...', which is a NO GO.... Anything I can do to assist Sonic in making things go smoother, please let me know. (I have 20+ Years of IT experience. BUT am NOT working full time at the moment.)

God Bless, and Good Luck,

@brandonc:

Brandon,

On Wednesday, 11-27-2024, I contacted Tech Support at 1-707-522-1000 and spoke with Joe. He informed me that "...several attempts have been made to contact Four Seasons Apartments' Management Team...." Apparently, Jose, nor Adriana, of the immediate Office Management Team have called, (nor e-Mailed), a response.... (Four Seasons Apartments' Contact Info: e-Mail: [email protected] and Office Team Tel: 1-925-947-0844.)

So, I then called the Four Seasons Apartments' Office at 925-947-0844 and have left a detailed VM that such contact by Sonic.com has been made, (several times), and that Sonic would like to set up a meeting with them for the Site Survey; and to go over 'Installation Practices' and then come to an agreement/arrangement to start installing Sonic.com Fiber Internet for customers.

What else can be done to start expediting the process??? (NOTE: Jose and Adriana, apparently, report to 'some kind of Ownership' in Utah....)

It's frustrating that they have NOT responded to Sonic's attempts, yet.... (EDIT: The 'amcllc' in their e-Mail Address refers to a Corporate Entity of 'AMC, llc' a Limited Liability Corporation. Again, somewhere in Utah.)

EDIT: Found AMC, llc: https://www.amcllc.net/default.asp

AND, their 'Contact Us' Info: https://www.amcllc.net/contact.asp (e-Mail 'Msg Box' at this 'Contact Page'.)

AMC, llc Tel: 1-801-565-7430

Address: 1954 Fort Union Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT 84121

I hope that all of this helps Sonic to 'break through' whatever the 'barriers' are for Four Seasons Apartments of Walnut Creek.... (Good Luck, and God Bless.)

Sadly, there's not much we can do to expedite the process until the property management replies since we need their permission to proceed. Installing fiber for the building will require drilling into walls to secure our equipment/cables and bringing the cable(s) inside the customer's apartment. If we don't get permission, the building management can tell us to remove everything, and we have to oblige. We can also be liable for damages.

You can try calling our Multi-Dwelling Unit team directly for updates, but ultimately we do need a response/permission from the property management to continue.

Their phone number is (707) 237-2459 and they're here M-F between 8am-5pm.

Kind regards,

@brandonc

Brandon,

I called the 1-707-237-2459 - MDU Team Number that you've graciously provided. I spoke with an Eric. He's looked into my 'pending' Account, (that went 'Live' on 11-19-2024), and he confirms that several attempts have been made to contact both Jose, (Manager), and Adriana, (Assistant Manager), of Four Seasons Apartments of Walnut Creek. (1357 Creekside Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94596-5617. Office's Direct Number: 1-925-947-0844.) He stated he'd, (again), make contact with either Adriana, or Jose to obtain a date for an Onsite Survey Meeting at Four Seasons Apartments.

In addition to the Office at 1357 Creekside Drive; there are four, (4), Resident Buildings for the Tenants. (1355 Creekside, (directly behind the Office Building), 1365 Creekside, 1385 Creekside, and 1395 Creekside.) EACH Resident Building is four, (4), stories, and each building stands above a 'Secured Entry', AND 'Secured Garage'. On those Ground Floors, each building has a dedicated 'Electric' Room, and 'Laundry Facility'.

It seems that the 'direct access' point to each Resident Building is going to be through each building's 'Electric Room'. So, I believe that Sonic.com's Fiber Lines from the Poles would be drawn in to each Resident Building's Electric Room, AND THEN brought out and up to each Apartment and drawn in, there, to the 'Storage Facility' of each Apartment. EACH Apartment's 'ONT' would then be installed at the best wall location, INSIDE each Apartment's 'Storage Facility'. From there, a Fiber Line would then be drawn from each 'ONT' DIRECTLY INTO the 'MAIN' Bedroom of each Apartment Unit. Once the new Fiber Line is inside each apartment, that Fiber Line can connect to each new Sonic.com Gateway.

For better visuals: Four Seasons' Apartments' Floor Plan Link: https://www.fourseasonsapartmentswalnut ... loor-plans

Please see that all of this gets to either Eric, or whomever reviews such plans, in preparation for MDU Team 'On Site Meetings'. (I sincerely hope that all of this information helps to expedite things to move forward at Four Seasons Apartments of Walnut Creek.)

Thanks in advance,

@brandonc

Brandon,

UPDATE: Just got off the phone with Larry in MDU. The Onsite Survey Team is set to meet with Four Seasons' Apartments' Management Team tomorrow, (12-10-2024), and Larry gave me the name and phone number for the head coordinator on the MDU Team. So, now it's just a waiting game. The MDU Team, (after tomorrow's meeting), should take a few days to get a proposal for installation at Four Seasons Apartments of Walnut Creek, and then it's up to Four Seasons....

So, at least we're moving forward now. :D :D :D
