Use Mobile Communicator for outgoing calls only?

Is it possible to use Mobile Communicator for outgoing calls only (on Android)? I'd like to make outgoing calls on my mobile device but incoming calls should ring only on my handset at home.

It seems like you should disable notifications for that app.
