Is Torrenting Allowed with Sonic Fiber Gigabit?

Just because I switched doesn't mean I don't love Sonic.

Just Bonded DSL wasn't good enough for my household (5 people running various streams). Stuck with Sonic for over 5 years, even when I canceled I told them whenever they bring fiber or something remotely close to lets say 100mbps sign me up.

yeah I looked at this link already, but was hoping to find statistics on how many gov't requests they received/responded to, etc. I believe this was in the original report linked above.
