FTP issues

Something's up with the FTP server. It's so s-l-o-w that my clients (WinSCP and others) keep timing out. This has been going on for weeks. It makes maintaining my site a real pain. Am I the only person noticing this?

Hi Racer! I can take a look - do you have a recent example of when you were getting timeouts? Were you able to download/upload some files? Any date/time info you have would help me narrow down my search, so please feel free to post a reply here or sent me a message.

Joe, it doesn't matter what time of day or night I try, the thing times out constantly. I can't even change directories without timing out and reconnecting. The issue is intermittent, in that _occasionally_ it works properly. I mainly upload, rarely download. I've tried three different FTP clients, different devices, I've even connected from a different network than my own. Same same.

I've been getting my files uplaoded but it's a major hassle. I guess it doesn't matter a whole lot since Sonic is going to sunset its hosting services anyway. Sonic is just a hollow shell of what it used to be,
