So the network in finally active, a technician pulled the wire from the street pole to the box, then a 2nd technician came to connect that line to the box on the outside of the house, pull it inside, a 3rd technician to put another box inside the house.
However at that point we were informed that there is an outage and we could not use the internet, which was 12 hours ago.
We now have to wait for a 4th technician to drop by, at a yet undetermined time, to calibrate/speed test and give us the Eero.
Does anybody have an idea when this can get resolved?
