San Rafael: Fiber install date slipped four months

I’m in central San Rafael the hills above Sun Valley. Last Feb/Mar we were in the construction phase and it’s been slipping ever since!
My Sonic update page says we are still looking good for August but it said the same in July until about July 7 or so it slipped to August or was it June? Anyway, no update would almost be better than the torture of waiting and hoping!
I’ll say this, it’s a good thing I have held off on upgrading my router! I would have old hardware if I bought something at the start of 2024.
Keeping fingers crossed for Hepburn Heights Road. Only 4 houses on this tiny private road! The Sonic crew was here a long time ago!

June -> July -> August -> October here as well, Mission area. I've gone from being excited about possibly finally getting fiber and being done with Comcast, after years of checking local options whenever we'd move, to "well, maybe it'll happen this year".

Same. I'm starting to think that AT&T might be a lot slower for the price, but as an upgrade from Comcast it's available now, unlike Sonic installation or updates.

We picked up AT&T Fiber and it's pretty good, so it's not a dealbreaker that it keeps getting delayed, but I'd still love to switch when it's available to me. Mine also slipped to November... any update on what's going on here?

It's November... my estimated Fiber live date is November, however that has changed so many times now I'm kind of expecting to see it change to Jan 2025. I'm on Lincoln and I remember seeing Sonic trucks working on polls in the area ages ago at this point. I really am so ready to be done with Comcast... here's to hoping this really is able to be done this year!
