Mobile communicator cannot authorize

I've tried contacting Sonic Support about this multiple times, but they do not respond. I hope someone in the community will know how to resolve this issue.

When I start the SMC app, it prompts me to log in and then, after I enter my credentials, I get this error message:

Authorization failed
The server is currently unavailable

I have tried this many times, over a couple days, but the server remains unavailable.

SMC used to work fine for me, and nothing on my side has changed.

I am running the Android SMC app amd it is up to date: Version 3.20.21 build 31776

Hello!

I reviewed this with our Network team and it does not seem to be an issue on the app side. I would suggest turning your device off and back on again and see if this resolves it. I would also delete and redownload the app if you are still having issues. Let me know if this helps!

Having this issue today on my iPhone.

Tried resetting the password, tried deleting and reinstalling the SMC app, tried power-cycling the phone, but still getting the authorization error.

Logging in through the commportal.sonic.net website does work.

Any other suggestions?
