Hello,
I currently use one of my @sonic.net email addresses as a reply-to address for a Mailchimp mailing list, and recently received an alert that I need to authenticate any domains used in my communications. I was able to successfully verify a domain I have registered with Godaddy, but it is also asking for sonic.net to be authenticated. Since I don't own sonic.net and the list of supported domains given when walking through the authentication wizard does not include Tucows (where sonic.net appears to be registered) I get asked for sonic.net's CNAME records and other info I am not privy to.
I reached out to support and they offered this link (https://members.sonic.net/websites/nameservers/), but the problem is it only gives me the CNAMES, etc. of my personal hosted domain, not sonic.net. Obviously I can't add or alter the CNAME, etc. records for sonic.net, so I was wondering if there was any other solution. Any feedback at all welcomed. Thank you!
Billy
