Concord Progress?

May I get an update on FDA 31? I am seeing some orange diamonds with Sonic written on them on the sidewalk right in front of my house so my fingers are crossed that my August date (18mo since sign up) holds. With that said, I don't want to get my hopes up if it's still up in the air.

I just noticed my Sonic go live date went from August to August of *next year*. Where are the status updates? Where is the email letting me know?

You aren’t going to lose some mythical competitive advantage by being transparent with your customers. What you will do by not being transparent is destroy the trust and relationship you’ve built with us over years.

Your competitive advantage was always being the “not shitty” company in a sea of broken promises and missed appointments. Why are you actively trying to throw that away?

I would like to first say I am sorry about the delays we are facing in your area. I was able to check in with our project manager, and it seems we are waiting for approval from the city to put in bypass poles for our lines. Sadly, till this is approved, we are on hold for your area. This is why the timeframe was pushed back so far. Hopefully, we will get these poles approved soon! Let me know if you have any questions.

Can you send each person affected by this the pole numbers that identify their specific problem pole(s), so we can contact our city councillors about it individually?

Are these all cases where a bypass pole is required because the existing pole is unsafe, so the councillor should be able to demand they get to it more quickly?

I'm in the same boat having slipped a year to Aug 25. Unfortunately in my case it may be poles in both WC and Concord, is that right?

Sadly, we are unable to send out information like that at this time. Our customers cannot do much to speed up these issues. We just need to wait for the permits and then move forward from there.

My go live date is still says August 2024 and it's half way through the month. Is this still realistic? I see some sonic lines over head around me but not my street and I see some ground markings for sonic conduit. An update would be awesome.

Judging from our current construction update, I think we might be a few more months out before being able to move forward with installations. I'm not sure when the page will be updated but ill see about getting that done.

YAY! Saw Sonic truck roll by on camera and I can safely assume the line was run to the outside of the house. My original appointment was for this Thurs and I remember that it was for running the fiber from pole to house. Will i get another appointment for the installation in the house or the current set appointment will now be for that?
