We just switched from Xfinity to sonic fiberoptic Internet in San Francisco. We have a Google Wi-Fi system that we use both before and after the switch. My wife and I both work at UCSF and have different laptops. Both my wife and I now have a new problem after switching to sonic we buy we get kicked off the Internet frequently when we try to use the UCSF-provided VPN. This did not happen before on Xfinity. we checked the signal quality and the upload and download speed. They all seem excellent. Can you help us troubleshoot the problem?

Have you tried contacting your School's IT team to see if they can see anything wrong on their side? With VPNs and computers, there is not much we can do to troubleshoot these devices. Maybe there are left over settings from your Xfinity internet. Let us know if your school's IT team was any help!
