I'm between Biella and Helen Lehman elementary schools off of Jennings Avenue, east of Marlow. Any update on Fiber?

On my Fiber Status page, it just says "Evaluating". Does that mean somethings happening, or nothing?

Our goal is to improve the quality of Internet service in America. We are working hard to expand fiber services to existing and new areas simultaneously. Infrastructure build-outs and planning is an intricate process, and we can encounter certain obstacles, such as overloaded poles and micro-trenching.

That being said, infrastructure construction is a large feat, and expanding those services will take some time. This process is coordinated with the city of Santa Rosa, the community, and Sonic engineers. Upon looking at your account, it appears your address has underground infrastructure. This makes delivering fiber infrastructure a bit more complex, but we are working hard to complete this as quickly as possible.

We hope to get out to your area in the near future.

I too, am in NW Santa Rosa, east of Marlow and just north of W. Steele Lane. I signed up for Fiber to get the three months free over a year and a half ago and the status of construction in my area hasn't changed one iota. It's still in "planning" mode. Why keep advertising to sign up when you're nowhere near providing service in the area?
