Hello!

We are nearly done with the construction in your area but there is still some smaller work that needs to be done before going live in your area. We don't have a good timeline for when this last leg of work will be completed, but if I had to guess, it would be around 3-4 months at most. Hopefully, we can meet these goals a lot faster than what I am predicting.

Whew, I hope it’s faster than that. Don’t know why Sonics updater is not more accurate!
It leads to a lot of frustration!
Every month i’m still on Comcast costs me an extra $110 along with poor support!

My status still says Go Live August!

Ignore the "Go live" date. It's meaningless. For me, it's been pushed to the next month every month since April, until July when it pushed to September. The Sonic fibre has been installed on my street since Feb, but still no install date for me. I've just decided to pretty much ignore the Sonic status page as has no bearing upon reality. I think Sonic has over extended itself, and is continuing to do so, starting projects in Texas before they get their act together here in CA.

Sonic mailed out flyers advertising their fiber service to my address in October of last year. Seriously jumped the gun. I'm hoping Go live August isn't to far off. 94564

If you already know it's not going to be in August, but 3-4 months down the road, why don't you update the Going Live part of the Fiber Status Tool instead of ignoring people or giving them false hope that it's going to be this month?
