I am adding a email server to my NAS and wanted to host a email server on the NAS it seem to be a technical issue on Sonic side that blocks out going email from the host mail server, Support just stated the block port 25 on their side.
Port 25 is used by POP3 it open on my router along with some of the other required ports. My Domain is hosted by Sonic but I use the router IP direct to my router by updating host record in the Sonic DNS I also add my MX record, but I can receive email no issue but sending timeout stays deferred in queue of server,
Any Idea of valid work around?
They did not know of any even when I mention reverse DNS lookup.
Thanks
Dan
