It's still in the early stage, planning, so until we get further along you won't see an estimated date published. That occurs when we get to the fourth step, construction, when we've got a reasonably confident view of the timeline. (Although, in many communities those have widely slipped, mostly due to cities halting our work or not issuing permits for necessary safety poles. Work in progress for us, getting those cities on board for a smooth and predictable timeline and process.)
