Mail box full ???

So, has anyone else had this issue?

Twice this month (and never before over many years of Sonic service) friends have told me that they have tried to call and gotten a message that "mail box is full". Huh?

I did call Sonic and there is no evidence that my mailbox is anywhere near full. We agreed to just let it ride and see if it happened with any more frequency, etc etc etc, but I'm curious if any other users have had an issue. Maybe we can find a common trigger ?

I kinda mind that friends are being shunted off when there is no reason. I have always found myself repelled by the bad housekeeping implied by the 'mail box full' message.

I would check to see if your phone has a built-in voicemail and try turning that off.\\

That sounds right, but I've had no luck -- yet -- figuring out how to do it.
I will give it more attention when time allows.
