From April 2021 to March 2022 I used the Send A Fax tool to transmit information that’s too sensitive to send by email, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. At some point in 2022 Sonic made a design change. Now, after each fax transmission, Sonic sends me an email with the sensitive info attached. This defeats the purpose of my using Send A Fax in the first place. It’s also unnecessary, since the Send A Fax webpage tells whether the transmission was a success or a failure.
Please, please, please make the notification email optional so that those who want to can use it, and those who don't aren't required to use it.
