I heard that Sonic is not only not offering fiber in my neighborhood, but also stopped offering Fusion to new customers in February. Could you elaborate on what's going on? Is this temporary?

We recently ended our relationship with AT&T so we can no longer submit new orders of our Fusion Broadband or IP Broadband services. This is not a temporary change, so unfortunately until we reach your area with our fiber we cannot offer you any new services.

Alcarez or Alemeda? Hopefully the latter! If so, 10Gbps service will be deployed in Alameda soon.ericmiller777 wrote:Hey I'm on Alcatraz ave does this effect me, can you guys still upgrade to 10 gbps?

I’d you have 1Gbps fiber today, you can request an upgrade to 10Gbps in the Member Tools page, in the connections section. https://members.sonic.net/ericmiller777 wrote:Alcatraz Ave in Oaklanddane wrote:Alcarez or Alemeda?
