Users advising me the fax line is not working

Hi, a company attempted to fax me a document last week and stated the fax would not go through. The number of their fax is 530-582-2135. I just tried it from my home (707) and it worked. I have had other problems, usually from the (530) area code. Any ideas? Thanks
