Can I drop off old rental equipment directly at your building?
I don’t want to go through the hassle of boxing it up and shipping it when I live 15min away.
I already have the return label
Thanks.

I needed to swap an ATA in August and they were still require a return via UPS. Not sure if that's changed in the intervening months.

No, there is no longer a staffed lobby, and in-person returns are not possible as a result.
