I can no longer access my voice mailbox via telephone. I have tried all the options (*99, calling the same number, calling from a different number and pressing *) and every time after I correctly input the pin it says "Your voicemail account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator." But my voicemail is not disabled according to the CommPortal and the support person I contacted said it was not disabled as well.
