I writing with respect to order Order #1144612. A Sonic technician came to our home today to do the fiber drop. He was unable to do so because Sonic fiber has not yet been run to our nearest telephone pole.
Our house is served by above ground utility poles on Eucalyptus Path. Your Sonic technician told me that our pole has an "orange tag" indicating that AT&T fiber has been run to it, though he said that doesn't mean that the AT&T fiber is working yet. He said that there were guidelines for Sonic Fiber in our neighborhood but no fiber that he could find.
My household and our three nearest neighbors would sign up for Sonic fiber immediately if it were available to us. Is there any possibility of finding out when fiber will be run to our location? Is there is anything we can do to accelerate getting Sonic fiber?
