Everything after the "+" in the name portion of the email is ignored by most mailers. You can make an alias for confirm@YOURDOMAIN, and confirm+foo@YOURDOMAIN, confirm+bar@YOURDOMAIN and plain old confirm@YOURDOMAIN will all be routed as if sent to confirm@YOURDOMAIN. This is all part of standard email addressing, so you can use this behavior in most mail systems.
