Hello,

I have a problem I was asked to bring to your attention. On my web page I have a link for my clients to gain access to my company data program in the clouds. And, once access is gained, the client has an option to click a button that will automatically send a message to us at one of our web-mail accounts. Unfortunately, when they attempt to link they get an error message that essentially says: Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [50.28.98.129].

Since it is imperative that my clients are able to relay their messages in this fashion, what can your office do for me?

Please respond to [email protected]

Thank you.

That IP address does not have an associated matching A and PTR (forward and reverse) DNS records. Based on the error, I suspect that is what is causing the issue. You'll need to talk to your hosting provider have this addressed.
