Holding for support happens from time to time; all too often lately, as we've been growing rapidly. We have done a number of things to try to make this a bit less painful:

If there is hold time of more than a couple minutes, the system will offer a "virtual hold" option, where it will call you back when your turn comes up. This is pretty handy if you want to avoid waiting on the line.
I'll also point out that the system will offer you an option to 'wait in silence', if you hate listening to music on hold.
Finally, I'll also put in a plug to say that we are hiring, so if you know any nice folks in Sonoma County who would be great on the phones (or in an installation vehicle, anywhere in the Bay Area), please let them know!
