IPv6 tunnel transition to IPv6 native

When native IPv6 is rolled out; will it have the same allocation as our previous IPv6 tunnels?

No. In a 6rd deployment the v6 address are derived from the v4 endpoint running 6rd. We have no plans to discontinue the tunnel services any time soon.
