In the last few days I've discovered that a php script I have been using for a contact form on my website has stopped working for submissions that do not originate from [email protected]. I have talked with support, and they have tried/tested the form with the results that I receive the email. But when I use it, or anyone else uses the form, I do not receive the email. Even when I check the my sonic webmail account there is no record of the email within the inbox, spam or greymail folders.
So far no one can supply an answer. My first thought is that you changed a setting on the web server that has rendered the php mail function inoperable or imposed some restriction on its use.
I need to have this rectified immediately. I can supply you with the particulars at your request.
