nginx hijack

My home page has been hijacked by "nginx." Also, my internet freezes randomly for about two minutes before "releasing." I've downloaded three spyware/malware programs with no luck.

Any thoughts?

What site is your home page supposed to resolve to? It may be on the server's side, not yours:
