Incoming fax failure from all "unknown" senders

Hello,
I noticed that all faxes with "unknown" status in the Remote Station column of my incoming fax log are not received. Advice, anyone? Thank you!

The 'Remote Station' is provided by the remote fax machine as part of a successful fax transmission. In the case where the call did not result in a successful fax (because the remote caller was not a fax machine or perhaps if the fax transmission failed) the 'Remote Station' will be blank.
