Hosting and no static IP??

I host a mini datacenter here in my small business. I just got off the phone with a Sonic representative and he stated that they don't offer static IP's through your Fiber line?
When will this be available or what alternatives can you guys offer my small business so that I can host like I do with Comcast, but with 1000d/100u?

Our Fusion fiber service is for residential or consumer very small business use only, and cannot be used for hosting. The network is not designed for hosting, sorry.
