I can go to webmail.sonic.net, then member tools, then get here, but I can't get into http://www.sonic.net, or google.com or wellsfargo.com or amazon.com without getting security errors:

(Your connection is not secure The owner of online.wellsfargo.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website. Learn more…Report errors like this to help Mozilla identify and block malicious sites).

Other bookmarks (visa, etc.) work fine. I have rebooted my computer and tried both Firefox and Internet explorer.

I also left my number for a tech support callback at 6pm, which did not happen. And I called at 6:05 and have been holding for almost 18 minutes.

I don't know if anyone watches these forums, but I am wondering if there is something else wrong here?

Thanks,

P.S. This just started about 4pm, everything was fine prior to that today.

Hi laurar,

I would highly recommend editing your phone number out of the post for your privacy. The request a call feature isn't always exactly on time. It tries to guess when a Customer Support Representative will be available based on staffing levels, average call length and number of callers. This can be rather inexact unfortunately. but does give you a general idea of when to expect a call.

Just to confirm, you said this is happening both on Internet Explorer and Firefox? Does it give you anymore specifics? Are you browsers and computer up to date? What date and time (including the year) does your computer think it is?

You are the best! Turns out I had clicked on date time to Dec. to see some future travel dates and it saved it as Dec 21! I changed it back and now it works fine.

Many thanks, sorry about tech support being short handed. I really appreciate it!

Laura

P.S. If you can, please cancel my pending callback. Thanks.

Glad to help,

I do not work for Sonic so I can not cancel your callback.

Well then double thanks! You saved me a lot of aggravation! As as a precaution while I was waiting on sonic this caused me to back up key files on my very old machine and run a virus scan, so it's all very good :)

Have a great night.
