Confused would be the polite way to put it. I'm a bit, no, a lot unhappy that I had to call multiple times to get them to properly rebill my account. Their computers really should be able to compute and rebill automatically. I get the strong feeling that nothing happens unless the customer calls and gets a rep to force out a corrected bill.
