I just opened FTTN with phone service, while everything is working fine, I'm having an issue with opening up UDP ports for my existing voip phone. (one I brought over from outside of US, not the sonic landline)
The ports my voip phone uses are as below, port forwarding already set on at&t router but can't seem to get my phone to work, having it on DMZ+ didn't work either.

udp20000-60000
udp123
tcp10001
tcp80
modem/router is Pace 5268. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
