moving to a new house

I recently bought an condo and will move in end of Dec.
The property was build 2008 but I am not sure the currently owner internet service. Hence, I entered the address on AT&T and Sonic's site.

When I entered my new condo address in AT&T website, it stated they don't offer U-verse for this location.
When I entered my new condo address in Sonic's website, it stated it offers Fusion FTTN at 20Mbps

Is this normal? If I plan to move in Dec 28th. When shall I call Sonic? I read some reviews on yelp it takes weeks to get this done.
