A question to those in SF did this fee disappear for anyone for a few months?
This fee charge disappeared for August, September, October, and November. The recent bill for December the fee came back and I was prorated for November. The Sonic billing rep also mentioned it's there for January too.
The only thing I can think of is when I switched to FTTN back around end of April but and my bill went from ~$52 to $55 with the additional modem and ATA rental fees. But now with the access line fee showing up again it will go up to $58 a month.
Bit of a bummer but I just wanted to see if I'm not alone.
