I just noticed that I didn't have a saved mail folder when I logged onto my one webmail. So, I created one. Then went to my iPhone to make sure the emails I moved to the folder were there. Not only were the emails not there; but the new folder wasn't showing up either. I don't see any setting on my sonic to suggest there is any variation in setup between this email address and the others I have that are working fine. Any ideas what's going on?

This is actually due to the way things are configured on your iPhone. You just need to change the IMAP path prefix.

1. Go to your phone's Settings
2. Navigate to Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Choose your Sonic account. On this new page you will click on your Sonic account again.
3. Scroll down and tap on Advanced
4. At the bottom of this page you will see IMAP path prefix. Click on this and type in 'INBOX'
5. (OPTIONAL) Under Mailbox Behaviours click on Drafts Mailbox. This will open additional options where you can select 'Drafts' on the server. Click on Advanced at the top left to return to the Advanced menu. Repeat this with Sent Mailbox and Deleted Mailbox.
6. Hit Accounts in the top left hand corner to return to the Accounts menu. Now finish by hitting Done in the top right corner.

Step 5 will make sure all of your mailboxes are synced with our server. Most of this information can also be found here on our Wiki: https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/IOS_7_Mail_Setup

Thanks. The thing that's weird about this that I didn't remember to mention is that I set up my 4 active sonic email accounts at the same time last week on my new phone and some showed the saved mail folder and some didn't. I did the same procedure for each and made sure all setting in mailbox behaviors was set the same. At that time I didn't tweak that imap inbox destination and never have in the past during client email app set up. I'll give this a shot when I have some time to concentrate on it. Thanks again.
