income faxes

Faxes have been sent to me by the IRS and the NY State Department of Revenue. I do not receive any of the pages although the attempt is shown in my fax history. Both senders do not show their outgoing fax number. Why is this service unable to receive such faxes?

Likey because the sending fax is not properly terminating the transmission resulting in the fax not being delivered. Let me know your username and I can confirm that if you'd like.
