I host several domains off sonic. I've set up one domain to use htpasswd/htaccess and that works fine (I get the uername/password dialog and everything is working). I copied the htpasswd and htaccess files to the second domain, changed the /username/ part of the AuthUserFile to the new username that is hosting the domain but it never brings up the username/password dialog when I reload the site home page in Firefox. It simply loads the index.html page and no authentication happens.

The files have all the permission set correctly afaik (its working on one domain). What would cause this kind of issue? Are there server settings at the domain level that have to be set? Scratching my head on this on. Thanks for any help
