"Open" - "Closed" is not synced up on support page.

I watched:

... today and found it still saying "Closed" up to at least 9:13am. Just checked again at about 9:30am and they finally say "Open". My system is synced to NTP, so it is not my clock doing it. But in case others are not seeing this, I am on Fedora 21 and checked with Firefox, Chrome and Midori.

Well well. It also says that my post was at 8:34am, where it was at 9:34 by my clock. I see that the time on the shell host agrees with me:

_[Sonic:/home/d/dherr/public_html]_
$ date
Thu Apr 16 10:05:49 PDT 2015

Ok, found a setting for the message board to apply DST and that seems to fix up the dates here.

So maybe that effected the support "Open" / "Closed" presentation. Or maybe that is a separate issue.
